Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the product, shipping method, holidays, and order volume.

Estimated shipping times and available shipping options will be provided at checkout when applicable. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. GR Plus LLC is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, carrier delays, severe weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If GR Plus LLC cannot fulfill an order within the promised timeframe, customers will be notified and provided with available options, including cancellation and refund when required by applicable law.

Returns & Refunds

Because GR Plus LLC offers food and beverage products, food and beverage items generally cannot be returned after delivery.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective, or incomplete order, please contact us promptly with your order number and, when applicable, photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution is available.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies provided by applicable law.

Food & Allergen Information

Customers are responsible for reviewing product labels, ingredients, and allergen information before purchasing.

Our products may contain ingredients that can cause allergic reactions. Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should contact GR Plus LLC before placing an order.

Customers are responsible for following all storage and handling instructions provided with their products.

Catering Booking

A $100 deposit is required to reserve and secure your catering date. The $100 deposit is applied toward the total cost of the event.

Your catering booking is confirmed once GR Plus LLC receives the deposit and approves the reservation.

Payment Schedule

The total event balance is paid in three stages:

Deposit $100

A $100 deposit is required to secure the event date. This amount is deducted from the total event balance.

First Payment 70%

The first payment of 70% of the remaining balance after the $100 deposit is due according to the payment schedule provided by GR Plus LLC.

Final Payment 30%

The remaining 30% balance must be paid no later than seven (7) days before the event date.

Example: If the total event cost is $1,000, the $100 deposit is applied toward the $1,000 total. The remaining $900 is then divided according to the agreed 70% / 30% payment schedule.

Cancellation Policy

Catering cancellations must be made at least fourteen (14) days before the scheduled event date.

The $100 deposit is non-refundable if the customer cancels the event.

Cancellations made less than fourteen (14) days before the event may be subject to additional charges based on food purchases, preparation, staffing, and other costs already incurred by GR Plus LLC.

Guest Count & Event Changes

Any changes to the guest count, menu, event location, or service requirements must be communicated as early as possible. Changes may affect the total cost and are subject to availability.

Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule an event must be made as early as possible and are subject to GR Plus LLC’s availability. A new date is not guaranteed until GR Plus LLC confirms the change.

Catering Delivery

Delivery is available for eligible catering orders and locations. Delivery fees may apply based on distance, order size, and event requirements.

Customers must provide an accurate delivery address and ensure reasonable access to the delivery location.

Delivery Timing

GR Plus LLC will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the agreed delivery window. Traffic, weather, venue access, road conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

At GR Plus LLC, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

When you place an order, contact us, or use our website, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, billing information, shipping address, and order details.

We use this information to process orders, provide customer service, communicate with you, process payments, and improve our services.
